Where Does SCCCC's Income Come From?
SCCCC receives money from statutory and non-statutory sources.
Core funding comes from Neighbourhoods and Community Care (Sheffield City Council).
We also received funding from Objective One, The Pioneer Areas Fund and the Neighbourhod Renewal Fund to set up the two locally based schemes - Care in Gleadless Valley and Care in Lowedges, Batemoor and Jordanthorpe.
Additional funds come from charitable trusts, churches and individual donations.
There are also some very generous 'in kind' donations such as room hire. We are very grateful for these as they enable SCCCC to carry out many additional activities.
